I.Usage and application:

II.Standards and certifications:
The analog panel meter is in accordance with GB/T7676-1998, the digital display instrument is produced according to GB/T22264-2008 standard, and its safety performance is produced according to GB4793 and IEC61010 standards. The scale and pointer design of the dial conforms to the German DIN43790 and DIN43802 standards. The shape and opening size of the meter are produced in accordance with GB/T1242 and IEC61554 standards.
III.Analog panel meter shells:

IV.Temperature-induced change:
The reference temperature is 23 °C ± 2 °C, 13 °C ~ 23 °C and 23 °C ~ 33 °C temperature range, the temperature change allowable change is not greater than ± 100% of the grade index.
V.Installation location and installation method:
Unless otherwise specified, the meter is usually installed in a vertical position. Other installation locations such as: horizontal installation, tilt installation can be made according to customer requirements. VI.Resistance to vibration and shock:

Sweep cycle number: 5 times; sweep rate: 10ct/min; maximum acceleration: 147m/s2 (15g), 490m/s2 (50g). Acceleration effective value: 6.06g; Vibration time: 15min. VII.Accuracy level:
CT series pointer meter: AC and DC voltmeter and ammeter are 1.5 or 2.5, the power meter is 2.5, the frequency meter is 2.5, and the power factor meter is 2.5.
VIII.Overload current meter:
The overload multiplier is conventionally 1x and 2x overload multiples, which can be customized to 1x, 2x, 3x, etc. by the user. Its role is to indicate the approximate value of the instantaneous overload current, such as the starting current when the motor starts.
IX.External current shunt:
The DC current meter has a shunt voltage drop specification of 150mV, 100mV, 75mV, 60mV and 50mV, which can be customized by users. X.Surface dial:
Surface dial: Made of aluminum alloy, white paint, black ink or laser print. The dial can be customized according to the customer's sample (multiple color overprinting can be customized). The luminous table dial uses a PC board.
XI.Zero regulator aspect:
Except for the mechanical zero reading instrument, all other instruments have a front zero adjuster for adjusting the mechanical zero position of the instrument.
